The UEFA Champions League is the most prestigious European football tournament, founded in 1955, and is attended by the winners of the national championships of the UEFA member countries as well as by clubs that qualify in other ways.
2012/13 – Bayern Munich

The first ever German final ended the 2012/13 Champions League season. The match between Bayern and Borussia took place on 25 May 2013 at Wembley Stadium in London. As the game progressed, Bayern took the lead twice and Borussia came back once. In the end, Bayern won 2-1.
2013/14 – Real Madrid

The 2014/15 UEFA Champions League final was an intriguing one. Real Madrid and Atletico met in what is known as the Madrid derby. Atletico scored in the 36th minute. It looked as though it would come to an end, but in the 93rd minute Real managed to get back into the game. The game went into overtime, where the Real players looked transformed and managed to score three more times. In the end, the game ended with a surprising score of 4 – 1 in favour of Real.
2014/15 – Barcelona

The match between Juventus and Barcelona ended the 2014/15 Champions League tournament. The game was played on 6 June 2015 in Berlin with more than 70,000 spectators. Barcelona won 3-1 to earn their fifth Champions League trophy in history

On 3 June 2017, the 2016/17 UEFA Champions League final was played at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff. Juventus and Real Madrid took part in the game. The teams scored one goal each in the first half, but in the second half Real scored 3 unanswered goals against the Turin side. The result: 1 – 4 for Madrid and their 12th win in the Champions League.
2017/18 – Real Madrid

Real Madrid and Liverpool meet in the final of the 2017/18 UEFA Champions League. More than 61,000 spectators attended the match. The first half ended without goals. At the start of the second half, the teams exchanged two quick goals. Gareth Bale then came on as a substitute and scored two goals, guaranteeing victory for Madrid.
2018/19 – Liverpool

The 2018/19 UEFA Champions League final was played on 1 June 2019 at the Stadio Metropolitano in Madrid. The opponents were two English clubs: Tottenham and Liverpool. Liverpool have been absolute leaders in the English Championship this season, with a huge lead in points over their nearest pursuer. Tottenham, on the other hand, have shown average results. As a result, Liverpool won 2 – 0.
2019/20 – Bayern Munich

Perhaps one of the most unusual UEFA Champions League finals we saw in 2020. The fact is that it was the only final ever held with absolutely empty stands. This was caused by the coronavirus pandemic, which led to severe restrictions. The finalists were Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich. The German club won 1-0.
2020/21 – Chelsea

Two English clubs Manchester City and Chelsea met in the final of the 66th UEFA Champions League season 2020/21. The game took place at the Dragan Stadium in Porto, Portugal. Chelsea midfielder Kai Havertz scored the only goal. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and various restrictions, only around 14,000 spectators were able to attend the game live.
2021/22 – Real Madrid

Real Madrid beat Liverpool in the final to win the 2021/2022 UEFA Champions League. The victory was the 14th in the history of the club. The final was played at the Stade de France stadium in Paris, with a crowd of 75,000. Vinicius Júnior scored the only goal of the game in the 59th minute, and Liverpool were unable to get back into the game.
